I contacted them before the weekend when they closed and they submitted my transfer over the weekend and received by tuesday. Very fast and good communication all around .

I’m selling my miles at a very very low prices comparing to what “sell my miles team” are reselling the miles first cause I need the money cash, second cause my miles are going to expire soon and third but not last cause I don’t want to take the risk to keep them or to buy a ticket with them. For all that I accepted to sell at that low prices. And even though my file or request was accepted and we agreed with the amount to be paid, “sell my miles team” didn’t want to take the risk of paying me at once claiming that my miles are only three month valid (I don’t blame them cause this is their policy) and they told me that they will pay me if they will sell them before. Weird how “sell my miles” don’t have confidence in selling the miles maybe because of the huge profit they are putting from selling the miles when they are paying a small amount in return. But what I don’t understand is that even when I accepted that little amount why do I have to take the risk of loosing my miles and money just to wait for them so they could sell them before they pay me. If I wasn’t in need of the money I wouldn’t be selling my miles. If A big Compagny like “sell my miles” can afford that risk of waiting and pay me right away do you accept me to afford it? I’m really disappointed from that event though I already thanks them for the effort they made by accepting to buy my miles after checking my account. But I hope they reconsider their decision by paying me directly at once as their policy say and for them to wait till they sell my miles. After all everyone is earning the value of the risk he is taking and it’s their job and strategy to know how to keep the mile and selling them before they expire

Sell My Miles was very professional, friendly, and fast on how they handled the transaction and paid me immediately though PayPal. I will use them again for other airlines mileage.

Short version: It works exactly as advertised (though, in my case, a little slower than next day).Because of the amount of sensitive account information you need to provide, I considered this the most terrifying transaction I have ever completed online. It seemed tailor-made to steal your identity. Needless to say, I was extremely skeptical/cynical.However, I can now say (1 week after completing my transaction) that things work exactly as advertised. I received a quote and they paid exactly that amount a few days later. I did have to call a couple of times, but that was no big deal.One thing to note. PayPal put the funds on hold for 7 days. This is an atypical transaction for me, so perhaps this would not happen to everyone. Just letting you know in case you need the funds quickly . . . SMS may deliver quickly, but your receiving account may put the funds on hold.
