2. Best Airline In Europe

In the mid 1980’s the airline was engulfed with several difficult issues. The brand spiraled downwards because of its poor customer service and insane delays. When a new modern management took over, and a proper strategy was planned out, the Turkish flag carrier rose to new heights and a better image. Back in 2015, it was awarded by Skytrax with the title of Europe’s Best Airline for the fifth consecutive time, and it was honored with the title last year as well.

In 2016, Turkish Airlines started operating the longest flight in the world from the Istanbul to Sydney. Only recently the title was snatched by other airlines such as Qatar Airways, Qantas, and Emirates.
